章皓先生出生于中国上海，毕业于上海海事大学，主修运输管理工程。在中国，他有国有企业，外资合资企业和私营企业的工作经验。在他的职业生涯中, 作为一名成功的企业家，章先生先后在上海创建了多家公司，如进出口公司，咨询公司，互联网公司，牙科公司，家具公司以及太阳能公司。他于2006年在德国汉堡成立了贸易公司，从事中德之间的国际贸易业务。2008年，他获得了德国的永久居住许可，并于2015年和他的家人一起移民到了德国。目前，他和他的妻子带着他们的女儿和儿子住在汉诺威。

Mr. Howard Zhang has been doing Sino German international business since 2006 by setting up his company in Hamburg. He was born in Shanghai (China) and was graduated from Shanghai Maritime University majoring in Transportation management engineering. In China he has work experiences  in state owned enterprise, foreign fund joint venture and private companies. In Shanghai, Mr. Zhang has established several companies like import and export company, consulting company, internet  company, dental company, furniture company as well as solar company being  a successful entrepreneur in his career. In 2008 he got the permanent residential permit in Germany and moved to Germany in 2015 with his family. Now he and his wife live in Hannover with their daughter and son.

Diplom Kaufmann Volker Dingwerth, married and father of 3 children is 56 years old and graduated from University in Paderborn, Germany and the Dublin City university in International Marketing and Trade. Mr. Volker Dingwerth has more than 25 years of work experience in national and international trade companies operating in the furniture, toy, pet, building  & construction and sport products industry. He created his Office Center solution in 2013 and developed the building and services to offer tailor made office solutions for german and international small and medium sized companies. Since 2014, when the Chinese government announced and presented the Chinese football reform program, Mr. Volker Dingwerth is heavily involved supporting Chinese companies and authorities in football related subjects and trading sports and football related products between Europe and China.

Mr. Klaus Frank, married and father of 2 children is 53 years old has more than 15 years of work experience in national and international trade operating in the bag, display, phone accessories, sports and solar products industry. Within his career as consultant Mr. Klaus Frank developed and huge network of business relations between China and Germany. He has supported and consulted Chinese companies entering the german market and german companies that wanted to enter the chinese market launching their products in China. Klaus Frank founded together with a Chinese solar panel manufacturer in a joint venture a GmbH in Germany that successfully sold solar panels “Made in China” in Germany. Within the sino-german office team Mr. Klaus Frank serves clients on market research aspect in Germany and supports in setting up a distribution for Germany for the clients products and services.
